- Aamir Khan explains in the video that his Dangal transformation felt unachievable when he looked at where he has to reach. But he shares his technique that helped him achieve it:
“I told myself, don’t look at where you’re supposed to get to in 5 months. Because right now that looks so difficult. It looks so unachievable… Let me just look at what I’m supposed to do today. One step at a time.”
- Jeff also has his own philosophy which goes like:
“It is not about the reps, it is about making the reps count.”
