Mahendra Singh Dhoni is undoubtedly one of the best captains the world has ever witnessed. Under his captaincy, India has won many trophies including the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011. Over the years, MS Dhoni has impressed the fans with his captaincy, batting and last but not the least, his wicket-keeping.

Currently, he is busy leading his team ‘Chennai Super Kings’ in the 11nth season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The exceptional performance of CSK is widely appreciated in the IPL and the fans are giving credit for it to the team’s captain, MS Dhoni.

In the current season of IPL, ‘Gulf Oil Lubricants India’ is the biggest sponsor and they recently organized a promotional event that was attended by many players including MS Dhoni. Needless to say, all the players had a great time as they all had a lot of fun during the event.

During the event, Dhoni was asked about his first crush. Though his professional life is an open book, not much is known about his personal life except what we saw in his biopic, M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story. As Dhoni is very shy and private about his personal life, he said that there was no such trend (of having a crush or girlfriend) when he was a teenager. However, he later revealed the name of the girl he had a crush on.

Dhoni said that back in 1999, when he was in class 12th, he used to have a crush on a girl called ‘Swati’. He also jokingly asked everyone not to tell this to his wife Sakshi.
