The most awaited wedding of the year finally took place in Milan, Italy as expected. Indian skipper Virat Kohli and Bollywood diva Anushka Sharma promised each other all the love throughout the rest of their lives by tying the knots. The marriage was a private affair with a handful of guests and celebrities invited. It was done according to Hindu rituals and ace fashion designer Sabyasachi Mukherji designed the attires of the bride and the groom.
21st December will see the couple host a reception for close friends family in new, Delhi. It will be followed by a reception for their colleagues which will include Bollywood celebrities and cricketers on 26th December in Mumbai. Virat and Anushka will now shift to their new house in Worli, Mumbai to kick start a new life together.

Virat Kohli will then visit South Africa to perform his national duties as a cricketer. Anushka will accompany Kohli throughout the tour. Anushka Sharma will come back and start working for Anand L Rai’s film with co-actor and the Baadshah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan. She also has a film alongside Varun Dhawan which will see the actress start shooting from February, 2018.
Twitter went berserk on seeing the couple get married. Twitter was flooded with tweets from celebrities across the country. From Sachin Tendulkar to Amitabh Bachchan all the biggies took to the micro-blogging site to wish the couple.
