Here’s some jolly good news for all the book lovers and foodies! Jolly Good Food is an Enid Blyton- inspired pop up which can take you right back to your childhood. Are you one of those people who has always fantasized about buttery scones, potted near pies, clotted cream, fresh strawberry jams and all the other absolutely finger-licking, delicious food that Blyton talked about in all her books? Here’s your chance to try them out!

Who Is It For?

Have you grown up reading Blyton’s Famous Five? Were you addicted to Malory Towers as well? Kept re-reading The Magic Faraway Tree? For all you book lovers out there, this one’s for you, who drooled over all the food Blyton’s characters munched on.




This event is basically all about bringing together readers and foodies who absolutely adored Enid Blyton’s books and have innumerous memories. Here, you’ll meet a bunch of other like-minded people who probably loved Blyton’s books just as much as you did! However, here’s the catch: Even though the event is open to all, you have to pre-registered if you actually want to go. Only the true lovers of our favourite, Blyton, and of course, food, will be invited to the tasting and discussion session!

If you get selected, you’ll be one of the lucky few. You’ll then have to pay an entrance fee of INR 750 in order to enjoy the beautiful evening.

 

Venue: Sec I, Salt Lake (close to CC and the bypass) it’s a rooftop. Guests will be informed once they sign up, via email.

Time: gates open at 530pm. We serve tea and cake at 6 pm.
