After starting the England tour with a T20 series win, team India failed to get the better of England in the One Day International series. The men in blue will now take on the England side in a 5-match Test series which gets underway from August 1 at Edgbaston. But before they get down for the real test, Virat Kohli’s men have been warming up by playing a three-day practice match against Essex in Chelmsford.
Though the game did not end the way the Indian team fancied it due to heavy rain, Virat Kohli made sure that the fans go home entertained. The prolific batsman along with teammate Shikhar Dhawan performed the Bhangra to the beats of the Dhol enjoying their last day at the county to the fullest.
Team India were welcomed on to the field to the beats of the Dhol and we could all guess what was going to happen next when you have Some Delhi boys in your team. Virat and Shikhar could not control their legs that brought out the proper ‘Dilli ka Munda’ in them and the crowd enjoyed every bit of the dance those two displayed.
Not only the Indians but even the Englishmen enjoyed the dancing session and the official Twitter account of Essex Cricket shared the video with the caption, “Two BCCI players have enjoyed their time at Chelmsford! Well played!”

As far as the game is concerned, India failed to bowl out Essex in 94 overs, and given the poor batting form of some really good players, the fans were slightly disappointed with their performance. We hope the visitors get back to their very best when it matters and end the tour on a high!
