There is absolutely no doubt over the fact that Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are the most talked about couple nowadays. And Priyanka’s sudden decision to walk out of Salman Khan’s ‘Bharat’ and bid goodbye to ‘Quantico’ has added the much-needed fuel to the rumours of their marriage. Ever since Bharat director Ali Abbas Zafar dropped the massive hint, the world has been sent to a tizzy with only one question in mind – When is PC tying the knot with Nick Jonas?
However, Priyanka has finally decided to break the shackles and talk about her relationship with the American singer and songwriter.
The actress shared her thoughts during a session on ‘Challenging the Status Quo & Forging New Paths’ organised by FICCI Ladies Organisation in Delhi, last night.
Priyanka made it clear that people should give the actress her own space and respect her personal life. It was a brilliant answer from the established actress like she has done many a time on previous occasions.
“My personal life is not for public consumption. 90 per cent of my life is for public consumption but 10 per cent is for me. I am a girl and I have the right to keep that to myself. My family, friendship, my relationships are things I don’t think I need to defend or explain to anyone. I am not running for the Office, so I don’t think I need to give explanations.”
That was savage from the 36-year-old. Even if they are celebrities, they have every right to keep their personal life to them.
