In a bizarre incident, Andhra Pradesh man dies watching Avengers Infinity War
After waiting for a decade of waiting, ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ finally hit the big screen last month. It’s been only a week since the release of the movie and guess what? Its soon going to cross a whopping $800m at the box office! Quite fascinating, isn’t it? After ‘Black Panther’ which hit the deck earlier this year, Avengers came as a blessing for all Marvel fans out there. And as we know, Marvel and DC are two pure religions when it comes to being a superhero movie fan.
There are several types of people we see in a movie hall. The ones who confuse DC with Marvel, the ones who just don’t know what’s happening and the ones who are pro in giving spoilers just like that and many more! But have you ever heard anyone being so fascinated with a movie, that that person actually died watching it? Well, you will, in some time.
A 43-year-old mason worker died while watching Avengers Infinity War at Cinehub Multiplex theatre in Proddatur town in Andhra Pradesh’s Kadapa district on Tuesday. Say no more?
Proddatur Police suspected that Peddapasupula Baasha (43), might have died due to cardiac arrest or some other natural cause of death. Peddapasupula Baasha, who is a worker at a construction site, decided to go and watch the movie along as part of the May Day celebrations at the theatre.
Like, every other fan like us, the theatre staff thought that Baasha was probably waiting for the post-credits scene!
Definitely, what the staff saw was actually something you surely will get goosebumps from! When they removed his 3D glasses, officials realised that he died with his eyes open. Soon after the tragedy, Proddatur rural police reached the spot and examined the scene. A case under section 174 of CrPC (suspicious death) has been registered. The investigation is still on.
