Baba Ramdev launches desi messaging app ‘Kimbho’ as a substitute for WhatsApp
It has been deleted from the Play Store.
Baba Ramdev is all over the news. It was just days ago when the Yoga Guru introduced his ‘Swadeshi Samriddhi’ Sim card to the market in partnership with BSNL. However, Baba doesn’t seem satisfied enough after making his entry into the telecom sector.
Ramdev has now challenged the supreme position of WhatsApp in India, all by launching an absolutely desi texting app that goes by the name ‘Kimbho’.
The application works in the same way like WhatsApp and has a very catchy caption ‘Ab Bolega India’. Mr Tijawarawaja, the spokesperson of Patanjali, claimed that ‘Kimbho’ is a Sanskrit word which means,”How are you? What’s new?”
This absolutely new app launched by Baba Ramdev, claims to allow users to chat individually with contacts and even in groups! Besides that, Kimbho users will perhaps also be able to follow celebrities on the desi texting platform. Now that is a cool addition.
The messaging app also claims to have AES encryption in order to make sure that our conversations remain private and secure. The best part? Well, the app claims that it will not be saving any user data on its servers!
The Kimbho messaging app is available on Apple iOS App Store but has been removed from the Google Play Store due to security concerns.
Wait for it to come back. Let’s chat Herbal, what say folks?
