It is very unfortunate that our country is full of disgusting people and perverts who can cross any limits to fulfill their desires. India has now become a terrifying place for animals too, the abuse and cruelty towards whom are reaching an unbelievable height day by day. While the incident of a dog being raped in Kolkata is still fresh in our minds, we have another such act making headlines and this time the victim is a pregnant goat.
According to TOI, eight men in Haryana’s Mewat district have been accused of raping a pregnant goat which led to the animal’s death. The goat owner registered a complaint on July 26 after he found goat missing.
Going by the words of the police, all the accused are on the run and medical examination of the dead goat will be conducted to further investigate the case. Aslu, the goat owner, alleged that the goat was raped on the night of 25th July by eight men out of which three have been identified. The names of the identified are Savakar, Haroon and Jaffar.
Police has registered a case under IPC Section 377 (unnatural offences) and Section 429 (mischief by killing or maiming cattle). Sections of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act have also been slapped against the accused.

Inspector Vipin Kumar was quoted as saying:
“We have conducted raids at different places where the accused were believed to have taken shelter. The goat died because of severe injuries. A postmortem was conducted at the local government veterinary hospital. Samples containing the animal’s swab have been sent to the state forensic laboratory at Madhuban.”
Bollywood actor Farhan Akhtar condemned the incident and said that there has been a massive loophole in our education and evolution.
Women and children living in fear of the Indian man’s power politics and sexual perversion was not enough.. now goats and dogs will too. Something has gone seriously wrong in our evolution and our education. Where’s the light at the end of this tunnel?

What a disgrace to humanity! We sincerely hope that justice is served to the innocent animal which lost its life. Such torturous acts should not be entertained at any cost.
